DURELLE was founded by Ella Imionighie following a realization shaped by her own professional journey. An Alumna of Smith School of Business, Queen's University, she has spent over a decade navigating corporate and leadership environments, where presence shapes perception and perception quietly influences opportunity and advancement. That experience became the foundation of DURELLE.
